does the sunroof and tridion need waxing(is it clear coated also)?

The tridion for sure. If you wax the transparent roof, I would first clean it with a clay bar and then wax it with carnuba paste wax. In fact I would recommend using a clay bar on the entire car after washing. Once you finish with the clay bar, then wax with carnuba paste wax. You will like the results but it does require more effort.
