Jim Brown, beloved member of the Houston area smart community and husband of Ann Brown has passed away.

Jim and Ann attended the 2013 Nationals, and the 2015 Outsmarting the Dragon events. After the Dragon, Jim fell ill, and never got better. It is our understanding he will be laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery, although we do not have many specifics yet.

My deepest condolences to Ann and family, and to all of our smart family.

I exchanged many messages with Jim, and I will miss him greatly.

We shared many interests and talked about subjects from sea stories to flying, to antique rifles. A sea Captain and much more, he was a very accomplished man.

Here is one of the cars he loved. RIP Jim Brown. AKA B322da.
