Hello, I'm the proud new owner of a 2013 smart fortwo electric cabrio. While poking around the cabin I spotted a large piece of metal with a hole in it attached to the right side of the driver's seat. Does any one recognize this? Was it some sort of long lost armrest assembly? Pardon the lo-res image, I somehow lost the original photo. I can go take another if anyone thinks that will help.

I can confirm - it’s one of the two attachment points for an armrest.
