i am going to remove the speedo and instrument cluster so i can work on the buttons to get the clock and traction to work. i read that you are supposed to grab the entire pod and pull it towards the steering wheel. there are four clips holding it on. i just wanted to ask someone that has done it how hard it is to pull off and if there was any thing else i should know.

Super easy to remove. Just grab and yank. You'll have to remove the cable connector afterwards, also easy. It's held by a single retention arm that lifts to the side.

Easy enough to remove that the guy installing my windshield did so by accidentally elbowing it.
