I just learned what this button next to my shifter actually means. What I want to know is what it actually does in terms of mechanics and performance. I have no dreams or ambitions of this car being a racer, but with some of the acceleration issues I had early on, I can see using a performance mode on the highways in Dallas. Can anyone clue me in as to how this works, what it does, and what the long term effects on power-train might be?
