Hoses and fittings sizes?

I would like to make all the hoses in my smart braided ss, for looks mostly. Fuel, radiator, brake even air cond. If any one knows or can find the hose and fitting sizes it would be great to get them ahead of time so I wouldn't have to have my smart down very long.
If any one could help it would be greatly appreciated.
